Formula:

Doramectin 1 g, excipients q.s. ad 100 mL.

Indications:

It is indicated for the treatment and control of internal parasites produced by gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes, myiasis, scabies mites and ticks.

Dosage and administration:

Deep intramuscular route (small ruminants and pigs) or subcutaneous (cattle). The dose is 200 mcg/kg of body weight, which in practice is equivalent to 1mL/50 kg of body weight. In pigs, the recommended dose of doramectin is 300 mcg/kg of weight, which obtained by administering 1mL/33 kg weight. For the treatment of scabies in sheep: 1mL per 33 kg of body weight (300 mcg/kg of body weight) as a sigle dose. Treat all sheep that have been in contact with infected sheep.
