Vetanis.com reserves the right to process and dispatch purchase orders only when they are accompanied by acceptance of the conditions of sale by the purchaser. All products are shipped:

At total risk of the purchaser.
Under the agreement of not involving Vetanis.com in any legal action that might be originated if the purchaser does not comply with the current regulations.
Vetanis.com reserves the right to initiate any legal action against the purchaser if he acts on bad faith, failing to comply with the current national regulations.

Vetanis.com does not assume any responsibility for lost, sent back or erroneously delivered purchase orders, or damage caused to the product by the transportation agent, courier or postal service. Nevertheless, Vetanis.com commits itself to collaborate actively to solve any related problem.
If the shipment information is erroneously delivered by the purchaser, the order can get lost or be returned to sender. In this case, Vetanis.com does not assume any responsibility for the erroneous dispatch, additional expenses or any possible loss.

After this term, it is impossible to cancel the order. The acceptance of these conditions implies the acceptance of our procedure for cancellation.
At the use of a credit card or any other electronic form of payment, the clients agree that no claim or dispute will be initiated about the payment made, as consequence of the situations indicated in sections (1, 2, 3 and 4), or any other reason that might violate any term or condition described in the present terms and conditions of use. Any charge, dispute or claim for payment that is against these terms will be considered as fraudulent, and will entitle Vetanis.com to initiate any legal action. Additionally, if such situation arises, the client will be renouncing to his right to receive from Vetanis.com any type of solution or help to the problem with his order.
